It is understood that when booking any of our services, the customer accepts the terms, conditions specified below:
I. – CONFIDENTIALITY
Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. guarantees the security of the information of our clients, which travels in an encrypted way to our secure site and is managed in such a way that it cannot be deciphered by agents external to us.
II. – OF THE AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
Due to the nature of the service, it is possible that this service may not be available, due to various reasons such as the high season or our subscriptions in various sales channels. In these cases the service will not be shown in the booking system on the unavailable dates and will indicate the available dates closest to the requested, always with the philosophy of improving or equalizing the client’s expectations.
Likewise, prices are subject to change without prior notice (unless the reservation has been confirmed) and may or may not include taxes.
III. – OF THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES.
The arrangements and decoration presented in the images may vary slightly in terms of colors, the accessories that have the rooms, accepts special requests. However, Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. undertakes as much as possible to equalize or improve the service offered, always for the benefit of the client.
The details of cleaning common areas such as the garden will always be maintained in optimal conditions.
IV. – OF THE SCHEDULES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The service hours are from Monday to Sunday with an opportunity to arrive at 02:00 pm until 11:00 pm, the departure times are 12:00 pm to 01:30 pm.
The property has a 24-hour reception and there is no minimum age for check-in.
V. – PAYMENTS
The conditions of cancellation and advance payment may vary according to the type of room. By entering the dates of your stay in our system you can check the conditions of the selected room.
Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. accepts these cards (Visa and MasterCard) and reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before entry.
VI. – RESERVATION POLICIES
The client must provide the information requested by our direct reservation system Simple Booking, basic information such as: name and surname of the person booking, email and special requests. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. will do research of private homes, (Houses, apartments or housing places that by their nature are private). We will not do any research on cell phones either.
Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. reserves the right to deliver information to the client in case it has incurred partial or misleading information about its identity, as well as to cancel the reservation under a non-refundable fee if the credit card information provided they are invalid.
VII. – CANCELLATIONS
The conditions of cancellation and payment in advance may vary according to the type of room:
I) The cancellation policy valid for the tariff plan “Secret rate” and “One day at La Semilla is cancellation without charge until 48 hours before check-in.
ii) Non-refundable rates do not allow any type of change or cancellation without cost.
VIII. – LIMITATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

For this reason they will always appear as the collection agents in their account statements. To avoid confusion in this respect, Sun Havens Corporation, S.A., through the electronic mail, sends notification to the client that on his account statement will appear the payment of the service under the name of PAGUELOFACIL.COM.
Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. will not accept under any circumstance any payment not recognized by the client due to lack of knowledge of the form of collection or disagreements with the delivery. The fact of establishing a claim with the bank ignoring this purchase implies a SUSPECT OF POTENTIAL FRAUD so that with the information of the reservation, receipt by the recipient will have enough evidence to prove that fraud was carried out with the bank and this can cancel your credit immediately. It will be of vital importance then to always get in touch with us to clarify any point.
IX. – CONDITIONS ON CHILDREN AND SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS
We can accommodate children of all ages. A child under 6 years old can be accommodated free of charge, using existing beds or extra beds. All other children over this age or adults are charged USD 40 per night in extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room: 1. Extra beds are available upon request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
The supplements are calculated automatically in the total amount as long as the number of children is selected when booking.
X. – SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests will be made at the time of booking in the corresponding box. Regarding pets, they are admitted to the establishment under special request, if you need food for your pet, this can also be booked through the system.
XI. – NOT PROVIDED
Any situation not foreseen in these policies will be resolved by the administrative area of Sun Havens Corporation, S.A. At all times it will be verified under the philosophy of maximum satisfaction with the client, the compliance of our agreements under the understanding that there will be agents external to us that will prevent us from fulfilling our purpose.
